Who?: One of the massacres in Idaho, reported the biggest massacre ever on any Native American tribe, had to do with the Shoshone. That winter, 450-500 Shoshone died to Patrick Connor, and his 300 soldier army. This, quite obviously, affected the other tribes, and made them feel trapped in their own country. One of the really bad parts, was that they could not do: Burials, Funeral Services, because most of the bodies were lifeless in a flowing river, and they simply could not, or wouldn't, because it was too many bodies to recover.
